Third place in the Customer Satisfaction Survey „Grand Check 2012”In an independent customer satisfaction survey “Grand Check 2012” conducted by TNS OBOP and commissioned by “Press” magazine, Media Concept was ranked considerably higher than the market average.  As a result, Media Concept is the third best rated media buying house in Poland (the survey covered 19 houses).

Ranked highly in the Customer Satisfaction Survey „Grand Check 2011”In 2008, in a Customer Satisfaction Survey organised by Stowarzyszenie Agencji Reklamowych (Association of Advertising Agencies), Media Concept was ranked very highly. Customers primarily appreciated the accurate information provided about the costs involved, the opportunity to use research tools and data useful in media planning as well as the buying house’s agency’s considerable purchasing power.
